Open Bay Access Policy:

As a member of the Next Level Mentorship Program, you receive complimentary open bay access for self-guided practice. To ensure fairness and availability, her are the rules: 
Open Bay Rules: 

  • Access is limited to 1 hour per day, based on bay availability. 
  • Walk-ins only - you may not call ahead or reserve a bay for free use. 
  • Our team will assign you an available bay and reserve it for up to one hour. 
  • If you wish to stay beyond the hour, you may do so only if the bay remains unscheduled or you pay the standard hourly rate to continue. 
  • Open Bay Access may be paused during private events or peak times at the discretion of staff. 

The benefit is designed to help you practice with purpose between coaching sessions and reinforce what you're learning. 

Disclaimer: 

The Next Level Mentorship Program requires a minimum 6-month commitment. By enrolling, you agree to complete six monthly payments. After the initial term, your mentorship continues month-to-month unless canceled with 30 days’ notice.

 Next Level Mentorship Program Agreement

 Terms of Participation:

  • Minimum Commitment: You agree to a 6-month minimum term (12 coaching sessions).

  • Ongoing Development: After the 6-month term, your mentorship will continue on a month-to-month basis unless canceled with 30 days’ notice.

  • Billing: Payments are made monthly. If you cancel before 6 months, you are still responsible for completing all six payments.

  • Session Expiration: All sessions must be used within 3 months of your final payment or they will expire.

  • Rescheduling: Sessions require 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be forfeited.

  • Support Between Sessions: Includes personalized feedback and swing analysis via CoachNow to maintain momentum.
