Membership Perk Descriptions

Bay Rentals: Enjoy 2 hours of Bay Rentals/Day with no restrictions at $0 and 15% off bay rentals over the 2 hours.

Bar Discounts: Enjoy $16/buckets and $3 drafts daily and all day.

Facility Usage: Your business can allocate two employees as Platinum Key Card Holders. A Key Cardholder must be present to take advantage of the Platinum membership perks.

After-Hour Facility Access: Platinum Key Card Holders will have access to Texas Wedge during our after-hours. After Hours: 5:00 AM - 9:00 AM & 10:00 PM - 12:00 AM.

Party/Event Room Access: Platinum Key Card Holders can reserve the Party/Event Room at no charge Monday- Thursday for up to two hours daily. Any time over two hours will be charged at our full Party Room Price. Platinum Key Card Holders will pay full price Friday-Sunday for the Party/Event Room.

Luxury Private Bay: Platinum and Black Key Card Holders have full access to the Luxury Private Bay with no additional fees as part of their membership perks. Any bay rental time over two hours will be 15% off.

Facility Rentals: Platinum Members receive 15% OFF half-facility and full-facility rentals for events/parties. The 15% OFF only applies to the bay rentals.

Contract Terms:

Duration: This membership requires a 6-month commitment.
Cancellation: Early cancellation may incur fees. Refer to the membership agreement for specific terms regarding early termination.
Renewal: Membership will automatically renew at the end of the 6-month period unless a cancellation notice is provided in writing 30 days prior to the renewal date.

### Texas Wedge Platinum Membership Service Agreement

**1. Membership Benefits:**

- **Bay Rentals:**
- Pay $0 every day for up to 2 hours/day.
- Enjoy 15% off bay rentals over 2 hours.

- **Exclusive Bar Discounts:**
- $16 buckets and $3 drafts daily, all day.

- **Key Card Holders:**
- List up to 2 Platinum Key Card Holders.
- Platinum Key Card Holders must be present to utilize membership perks.

- **Guest Passes:**
- Unlimited guest passes included.

- **Party/Event Room Access:**
- Reserve the Party/Event Room at no charge Monday-Thursday for up to two hours daily. Additional time will be charged at the full Party Room Price.
- Pay full price for the Party/Event Room Friday-Sunday.

- **Luxury Private Bay Access:**
- Full access to the Luxury Private Bay with no additional fees for the first two hours.
- Any bay rental time over two hours will be 15% off.

- **TV Advertisements:**
- Includes tv in-house advertisement package.

- **Bonuses:**
- Additional perks as listed.

- **After-Hour Package:**
- Access to Texas Wedge during after-hours: 5:00 AM - 9:00 AM & 10:00 PM - 12:00 AM.

- **Facility Rentals:**

- **Facility Usage:**
- Your business can allocate up to four employees as Platinum Key Card Holders. A Key Cardholder must be present to utilize membership perks.

- **After-Hour Facility Access:**
- Black Key Card Holders will have access to Texas Wedge during after-hours (5:00 AM - 9:00 AM & 10:00 PM - 12:00 AM). A Platinum Key Card Holder must be present at all times during after hours.

- **Party/Event Room Access:**
- Platinum Key Card Holders can reserve the Party/Event Room at no charge Monday-Thursday for up to two hours daily. Any additional time will be charged at the full Party Room Price.
- Full price applies for reservations Friday-Sunday.

- **Luxury Private Bay Access:**
- Platinum Key Card Holders have full access to the Luxury Private Bay with no additional fees for the first three hours. Additional time will be 15% off.

- **Facility Rentals:**
- Platinum Members receive a 15% discount on half-facility and full-facility rentals for events/parties. The discount applies only to bay rentals.
